CAN A RIVER HAVE RIGHTS?
Working with the River Yare that runs behind the Sainsbury Centre/UEA, I encouraged people to connect with the river through sound. Their voices given to the river and the rivers reverb acknowledgment. Following the principles of speaking from the heart and deep listening without judgement, the aim is to illuminate the subject of how best to care for our rivers and identify cooperative pathways towards positive action. Examples from some of the intergenerational research.
