Young artists from the James Holloway Youth Arts Fund redesigned and painted 36 bollards in the Halesworth thoroughfare and market place. This project, commissioned by Halesworth Town Council and funded by a grant from East Suffolk Council, was part of the new Art on the Streets initiative. The colorful bollards were created by talented young people up to the age of 20 supported by the fund, which is based at The Cut Arts Centre
